Our cozy houses with a fantastic view are located in a quiet, sunny location in the district Kirchboden.
Since summer 2008 our "newly renovated" farmhouse with its own garden is available for rent as a vacation home for 8-12 people.
Only 15 min. walk to the Waggerl-Museum, Wasserwelt Amadé, the tennis courts and the ski school.
In only 5 min. you reach the ski bus stop from where you are taken with the free buses to the valley stations of the Wagrain gondola lifts and to the village center.

In addition, our terrace with barbecue facilities is available to you in summer.
In summer our house is also an ideal starting point for hikes to the local mountain of Wagrain, the Grießenkareck.
Wagrain is a popular starting point for hiking destinations in the Sportwelt Amadé and for visiting numerous excursion destinations in the SalzburgerLand.
Free internet via W-LAN is available in both houses.
Our good spring water is additionally treated with Grander technology.

The vacation home is an old wooden house with garden, in quiet u. sunny hillside location for 8-12 people.
The house has been generously renovated in a contemporary style, with completely new furniture and central heating.
The house is particularly suitable for families, but also for couples and groups who want to spend their vacation without disturbance from other guests.
A lockable ski barn and parking spaces are also located directly at the cottage.

On the first floor there is the anteroom with wardrobe and boot dryer, a small storage room, a toilet and a large, modern furnished kitchen-living room with:
Dishwasher, micro stove with oven, fridge / freezer combination, kettle, plenty of dishes and a large table.
Furthermore, on the first floor there is also a living room with sofa bed, cable TV, DVD and radio and a double bedroom with sink.
