Welcome to the Pension Sonnhof

Directly on the edge of the forest, ... centrally and quietly located, in the immediate vicinity of the gondola lift, stands the Pension Sonnhof and invites you to relax and unwind.

For decades, the Sonnhof has been run as an inn and guesthouse. Even today you can enjoy the familiar and homely atmosphere at the Dürnbergers.         
       
At the Sonnhof you can enjoy peace and quiet: whether you sit on one of the balconies and marvel at the splendor of nature from your room, or drink a cozy coffee on our sun terrace - you will always feel
feel at home.

... into the wine list will also convince wine connoisseurs: a large selection of Austrian top wines can be tasted at any time. Also the in-house kitchen (especially for house guests only) offers you what your heart desires: regional and typical Austrian delicacies are available here as well as international classics.

Salzburger Saalachtal Card (summer):
Of course you will receive the Salzburg Saalachtal Card, this includes one free ascent and descent per day (when in operation) with the gondola of the Loferer Almbahnen Section I and II, the daily visit to the Steinbergbad Lofer, admission to the museum of local history Kalchofengut in Unken and admissions to the Lamprechtshöhle, Vorderkaser and Seisenbergklamm, as well as free travel by bus and train in the Pinzgau and the city of Salzburg. Opening hours apply.
