Neuhofen an der Ybbs is a market town with 3048 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2022) in the district of Amstetten in Lower Austria, about ten kilometers south of Amstetten. Neuhofen an der Ybbs is located in the Mostviertel in the hilly country of the Alpine foothills, north of the Hochkogel, directly at the foot of the Kornberg.
