We offer a very nice quiet and sunny location.
In 500 meters distance is a tennsis place and an outdoor pool.

Enjoy the quiet location of our house, which is situated on a small hill and surrounded by a magnificent mountain panorama far away from main roads and noise. Nevertheless, you can reach the cultural assets of Salzburg within a few minutes.

Also Germany's famous spa town Bad Reichenhall and Berchtesgaden are nearby.

Family Hillebrand is looking forward to some nice days in our house!

Untersberg: Except for the settlement area, the entire municipal area belongs to the landscape and plant conservation area Untersberg (LSG 51, PSG 1), the nature park Untersberg (NPK 1) along the Zwinkbach (to the Kohlgraben to Marzoll) embedded in it, as well as the European and landscape conservation area Untersberg foreland (FFH AT3227000/ESG 17, LSG 63),[6] along the Saalach River, which belong to a protective network via the Bavarian Biosphere Reserve Berchtesgadener Land (adjacent development zone), which continues into Pongau and Pinzgau and to the northwest, and in the city of Salzburg with the landscape conservation area Leopoldskroner Moos (LSG 47).
