Himberg is a market town in the Vienna Basin in the district of Bruck an der Leitha in Lower Austria. 
Himberg is located a few kilometers south of Vienna in the industrial quarter of Lower Austria. The Kalten Gang river flows through the municipality. 
Near Velm lies the Münchendorf lake district with its bathing ponds. This consists of weekend house settlements in Münchendorf and southwest of Velm of the settlements Badeseen, Bauersee, Blahasee, Fasanensee, Kienersee, Neuhofsee and Schneidergrabensee. Near Pellendorf are the weekend settlements Badesee and Kafkasee.
