The Winklgut in Niedernsill is the ideal starting point for your summer and also winter vacation.
Our farm is located very centrally and yet quietly in the middle of Niedernsill in the Oberpinzgau, and is only about 11 km from Kaprun and about 16 km from Zell am See and only about 42 km from the Krimmler waterfalls.
Already since the 1960s rooms are rented in our organic dairy farm. In the 1990s, the Winklgut was completely renovated and 3 apartments were created, which have since been filled with life by our many (regular) guests from all over the world. Hospitality is lived with us! Come as a guest and leave as a friend! Four generations live on the farm - from the oldest to the youngest a great enrichment!

Our apartments
At Winklgut you have the choice between 3 cozy apartments:
The apartment Sunny Side is not called that for nothing! On 45 m² it offers two bedrooms, a large cozy eat-in kitchen and a sunny balcony.
If you prefer to let your gaze wander over the Salzach, you can do so in our apartment Salzach View. Equipped with 2 bedrooms, spacious eat-in kitchen and balcony, the apartment offers 45 m² of space for 4 people.
In the apartment Rustic for 4-8 people you live on 50 m², large eat-in kitchen with seating area and, for 5-8 people 1-2 additional doublebed rooms and 1 additional shower/WC.
The Winklgut is a non-smoking house and only offers the oppertunity to smoke in the open-air areas and on the balcony.
Out of consideration for our guests without pets, we do not accept any pets.
Car parking spaces and a garage for bicycles are available.
Apartment Sunny Side
45 m² for 2-6 persons
The apartment Sunny Side has two separate bedrooms with double beds and closet, a cosy kitchen-living room and a shower with WC. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are included. The apartment can be booked for up to 6 people, depending on your needs. For 5-6 persons 1 additional double room and 1 additional shower/WC is available. The enclosed balcony invites you to relax with seating.
