Gemeinde Warth am Arlberg
Welcome to Warth-Schröcken on the Arlberg.
Up here, between Arlberg and Bregenzerwald lie the two small Walser villages of Warth and Schröcken, together they have less than 400 inhabitants. Where, if not here, can you find time to breathe. In peace and quiet or powerful and full of energy!
Warth is the second smallest municipality in terms of population in Vorarlberg, the westernmost Austrian province. The municipality has special significance as a winter sports resort, connected to the Arlberg ski area, the largest contiguous ski area in Austria, and as a connecting point between the Bregenzerwald (via the Hochtannberg Pass), the municipality of Lech (roadblock in winter) and the neighboring Tyrolean Lechtal.
