Eichenberg is famous for the cheese hiking trail over the ridge of the Pfänder (Bregenz's local mountain). The alpine dairies in Lutzenreute and Jungholz offer mountain cheese. The master cheesemaker in Lutzenreute has been awarded several gold medals at the Cheese Olympics.
