And here the Neuwirtgut is located, a farm complex of three buildings. Close by lies the beautiful farm house in an idyllic green setting with an apartment on the first floor and a double room in the basement. Our guests will enjoy a fantastic panoramic view on the mountain range with well known peaks such as Göll, Untersberg, Watzmann and Staufen.

Our farm hosts a variety of animals: horses, shetland pony, hens, goats and not to forget our German shepherd dog Leico.

About Anthering

Anthering is located in the northern part of the Salzburg Basin, on the edge of an impressive hilly landscape. Here the nature village is idyllically nestled between Hochgitzen in the south and Haunsberg in the north. While Anthering borders Seekirchen am Wallersee to the east, the western border is the Salzach River with its enchanting alluvial landscape. The river is also the state border between Austria and Germany.

The natural village is located at 422 m above sea level and the municipal area covers 2,530 ha. Currently, about 4000 people live in Anthering.
