Gemeinde Nassereith
Nassereith is a municipality and a village in the district of Imst in the Austrian state of Tyrol. The municipality is located in the judicial district of Imst. Nassereith is located at the beginning of the Gurgltal valley on the busy route from the Fernpass to Imst (former Via Claudia Augusta). The old salt road over the Holzleitensattel and the Mieminger Plateau to Telfs also ends here.

Customs
The carnival custom of Schellerlaufen takes place every three years in Nassereith, most recently in January 2019.The Holy Sepulchre in Nassereith has been erected every year since 1861 during Holy Week.Processions take place on Corpus Christi Day, Sacred Heart Sunday and the second Sunday in September (in honor of the Mother of God and the Three Kings). During the search for shelter in the Advent season, a statue of Our Lady travels in each part of the village.
