The house consists of a spacious 3-bed bedroom and a living/dining area with a spacious, pleasing living room cabinet and a large sofa bed, as well as a small but well-equipped kitchen. The newly designed bathroom with shower and toilet tempts you to relax and enjoy. There is also a private car parking space for this house.
The house is pleasantly cool even on hot summer days. The garden is largely shielded from view, so the feeling of peace and security in the shade or in the sun comes quickly. As advocates of species protection, we have integrated as our contribution an unimproved eco fallow to protect endangered insects and small animals in the garden.
