Only 5 minutes walk to the center of Abtenau, the main village in the Lammertal, you will find our cozy guesthouse in a quiet, sunny location with views of the Tennengebirge.
Our house is in an ideal starting position for beautiful hikes in summer, for example to Europe's second largest alpine hiking area Postalm, and cross-country and alpine skiing opportunities in winter. Our apartment, newly renovated in 2018, is equipped with cable TV and balcony. Your vacation day you can either on our lawn or on the balcony with a glass of wine comfortably end.

1,5 KM away to the exclusive summer and winter toboggan runs.
The well-known skiing area Dachstein-West with more than 40 lifts can be reached in no time from Abtenau.

All possible hikes in and around Abtenau from the leisurely walk (Kneipp facility, waterfalls) via various alpine walks (Gsengalm, Postalm, Rochernalm, etc.) to challenging high mountain tours in the Tennengebirge (2,400 m) is something for everyone.
For cyclists are miles of trails from hilly to steep terrain available.
Families visit our terrace swimming pool with various attractions or make a detour to the Karkogel on foot or by gondola, where the descent is on a summer toboggan run.
Who wants to indulge in water sports (rafting) or air sports (paragliding) is in Abtenau with its numerous offers in the right place.
Even the evening entertainment on the market square is provided with 2 music events per week.

Apartment
Our 65 m² apartment is equipped with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, extra toilet, a cozy living room with balcony and a storage room. Furthermore, bed linen, towels and a hair dryer are available for you.
In the kitchen there is everything you need for cooking utensils and a coffee tab machine. Of course, cable TV and Wi-Fi is available.
