Sittersdorf is a bilingual municipality located in the district of Völkermarkt in Carinthia. The municipality of Sittersdorf is located on the southern edge of the Jaunfeld and the northern foothills of the Karawanken. The main village Sittersdorf is about ten kilometers as the crow flies from the border between Austria and Slovenia.
