Both houses are situated in a quiet, central location at the end of the village of Kaprun.

Beide Häuser liegen in ruhiger, zentraler Lage am Ortsende
von Kaprun. Jedes Ferienhaus bewohnen Sie alleine und hat eine flache Anfahrt, großen Garten mit Liegewiese und einen hausgeigenen Parkplatz (gratis), sowie eine Skiraum mit Schuhheizung. (Im Sommer als Liegestuhl- und Fahrrad-Abstellplatz). Tischtennis Tisch, Internet W-LAN/WIFI gratis. Die SKi-/Bushaltestelle ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und die Busse sind vom 1.Nov. bis 1.Mai gratis für Sie zu benützen.
