Biberwier is a municipality with 640 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2022) in the district of Reutte in Tyrol (Austria). The municipality is located in the judicial district of Reutte.The street village lies on the southern edge of the Lermooser Moos, between a mountain slope and the landslide landscape of the Fernpass in the Tyrolean Alps. The Loisach River, which rises west of the village, flows through the municipal area. The municipality is located near the border with Germany on the edge of the Wetterstein Mountains and is visible from the Zugspitze.
